These terms govern the use of cultech.bg. They are written in plain language, but they are legally binding.

In force since

1.Who is behind this site

cultech.bg is operated by CULTECH EOOD, UIC TODO-EIK, with its registered seat and management address at 14 Sava Radulov Street, Varna, represented by TODO-MANAGER.

Contact details: info@cultech.bg, +359 884 139 349, 14 Sava Radulov Street, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria.

The company is not registered for VAT.

"The company", "we" and "CulTech" below mean that company. "You" and "user" mean anyone who opens or uses the site.

2.What these terms cover

These terms govern access to cultech.bg and the use of the content published on it. By opening any page you accept the terms as published at that moment.

The terms cover the site only. The terms of an actual engagement - scope, price, schedule, warranties and ownership of the result - are set out in a separate written contract, which prevails over these terms.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.

3.The content of the site

The information published here is for information purposes. Service and product descriptions set out their usual scope and do not constitute a binding offer to contract.

The technical specifications of RiNGY, NSpot and any other product may change as the product develops. Only the specifications stated in a specific quotation or contract are binding.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete and error-free at any given moment.

4.Intellectual property

All content on the site - text, images, photographs, drawings, layout and source code, together with the names "CulTech", "RiNGY" and "NSpot" and the corresponding marks - is protected under Bulgarian copyright and trade mark law. It belongs to the company or is used by it on a lawful basis.

No separate permission is needed to:

  • browse the site and print or save individual pages for personal, non-commercial use;
  • download the published product documentation and use it within your organisation for its intended purpose;
  • quote short extracts, citing the source with a link to the relevant page.

Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use requires prior written consent. Nor may our names and marks be used in a way that suggests an association, partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

5.Acceptable use

When using the site, the following is not permitted:

  • interfering, or attempting to interfere, with the operation, integrity or security of the site and its related services;
  • automated extraction of content that places an unusual load on the site or circumvents technical limits;
  • using the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages, for misleading or third-party details, or for content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to data or systems.

In the event of a breach we reserve the right to restrict access and to take the steps available to us under the law.

6.The contact form

The form is for making first contact. Submitting it creates no contractual relationship and places us under no obligation to accept an engagement.

We process what you enter solely in order to answer your enquiry. The details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send sensitive commercial or technical information before a non-disclosure agreement is in place. If your project needs one, say so in your message and we will send one over.

7.Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to third-party resources, such as social networks and a mapping service. Those resources are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.

We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement.

8.Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary interruptions are possible for maintenance, for updates, or for reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change, restrict or discontinue parts of the site without notice.

9.Limitation of liability

Content is provided as it stands, for information purposes. Decisions with commercial or technical consequences should follow a specific consultation, not published material alone.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for lost profits or for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law - including for intent and gross negligence, and in respect of consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions.

10.Governing law and disputes

Matters not settled by these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.

We try to resolve every dispute by talking. Where that proves impossible, the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Consumer Protection Commission (Bulgaria) (https://kzp.bg) and use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11.Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where our activity or the law requires it. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date it took effect is shown at the top.

Continuing to use the site after a change is published means you accept the new version.

12.Contact us
