CulTech is a technology company based in Varna. We build custom software and hardware, connect them with the systems already running at your side, and keep the result reliable after deployment. We take on the whole project, or the exact stage where an experienced team is needed.
Why we exist
Our mission
To make everyday things smarter without making them harder for the person in front of them. Good automation is only noticed when it is missing - and that is exactly the point.
How we think
A device is not finished when it works on the bench. It is finished when it works in the school, in the park or on the factory floor - with dust in the fan, with the power cut on a Friday evening, and with somebody who has not read the manual.

A prototype before a presentation
We would rather put something in your hands than show you another slide. A working sample asks better questions than any specification document.

We say so when it is not worth it
If an off-the-shelf device solves the problem at half the cost, you will hear it from us. Over time that brings us more work than it costs us.

The code and the files are yours
We hand over source code, board files and CAD models. Nobody should depend on us to maintain their own product.

Responsibility continues after deployment
We take on maintenance and the further development of the solution. When a change or on-site assistance is needed, you know exactly who to turn to.
The craft
The details nobody will ever see
A great deal of our work stays sealed inside the enclosure forever. We do it as though it will be inspected.
Every component has a reason
The choice gets written down: why this controller, why this value, what the substitute is if it leaves the market tomorrow. Three years from now somebody will ask - and there will be an answer.
Connections are counted
One connector fewer is one failure fewer. Placement, insertion direction and cable length are settled before the board goes anywhere near manufacture.
We test where it hurts
Power lost mid-update. Network gone. Two buttons pressed at once. We rehearse those cases until they stop being interesting.
We write it while we still remember
Documentation is produced alongside the device, not a month after handover. That is why it is accurate - and why people actually read it.
