RiNGY

Smart school bell

The small device that makes school bells smart.

Set the timetable once and RiNGY handles the rest. Every bell, exactly on time.

  • No monthly fees
  • Local and remote control
  • Bulgarian and English

What RiNGY is

Automates the bell without changing the installation

RiNGY takes the place of the manual bell button. The bell installation you already have stays exactly as it is - no new bells, no touching the wiring in the building.

From then on the bells ring by themselves, precisely at the times in your timetable. No computer needs to be switched on, and nobody needs to watch the clock.

  • Works with the bell installation you already have
  • Wall-mounted, with no building work
  • Ready to run on the day it is installed

Benefits

What RiNGY does for you

The timetable is set once

The ordinary school day is entered once. Shortened days and exams are saved as ready-made templates, and public holidays load with a single action.

Works with your existing installation

RiNGY works with the bells and the bell system you already have. The device replaces the manual button and nothing else. Everything around it stays as it is.

Controlled from the screen or from a phone

Quick actions from the touchscreen. The full timetable from a page in a browser, on any phone or computer on the school network.

No internet?

RiNGY carries on regardless. The timetable is held on the device, and the clock keeps its accuracy for a long time without synchronising.

Emergency alarm

During an evacuation one touch sends a continuous signal to every bell. Stopping it is just as easy.

No cloud, no monthly fees

The data stays in the school. You pay once for the device, and that is the end of it.

How it works

Three steps and you are done - RiNGY takes it from there.

  1. 01

    You set the timetable

Enter the ringing times, or simply say how long a lesson and a break last - RiNGY lays out the whole day for you.

  2. 02

    RiNGY rings by itself

Every working day, at exactly the right moment. The screen shows which bell comes next, and the clock synchronises itself over the internet.

  3. 03

You adjust when you need to

For shortened lessons, an exam or cancelled classes, pick a template you prepared earlier. For a holiday, mark a non-teaching day - a single action.

The interface

Control it from any browser in the school

Nothing to install. Open a page on a phone or computer on the school network and you see what the device screen shows.

The RiNGY dashboard: a large clock, bell status and the next bell.

Dashboard

The exact time, the state of the bell and which one comes next. The alarm button is always within reach.

The RiNGY weekly view with seven rows and a schedule chosen for each day.

Week

Every day of the week with its own schedule. You see the summary without opening anything.

The automatic schedule generation panel in RiNGY.

Automatic schedule

State how long a lesson and a break last, and the entire day is generated at once.

The public holiday import dialog in RiNGY.

Public holidays

Fetched from the internet and added as non-teaching days with a single action.

Installation

What installation needs

  • A bell installation

The one already working in the school. RiNGY does not replace it.

  • A socket nearby

An ordinary 220 V socket close to the mounting point.

  • A wireless network

For the exact time and for control from a phone or computer.

Rollout

How a rollout goes

We start with a short demonstration at your school. Everything after that depends on what we see on site.

  1. 1Demonstration on site
  2. 2Survey of the installation
  3. 3A specific quote
  4. 4Installation and training

Documentation

Read everything up front

Everything is free to download - no registration, no email address. Each document opens in the language you are reading the page in; the other edition is one click away.

For the systems administrator

The technical reference is for whoever signs off the network and the installation. The staff who use the bell do not need it.

Demonstration

We will show it to you in person

Leave your details and tell us roughly when it suits you. We will call to agree the exact day and time. We bring the device, and it takes about half an hour.
